the last of the baby bump pictures!

Thank you for all of your sweet comments about baby boy! We are loving him more & more every day! I was a little behind with posting my baby bump pictures before little Colson decided to come! But I had been taking them so I thought I'd post them anyway! I was trying to be on top of things after taking my 38 week picture and started to do the 39 week drawing... but I obviously didn't make it that far. Today would have been 39 weeks but instead baby boy is exactly 1 week old! 

And here are a few pictures of our sock monkey themed shower that took place the week before he was born!

He's here! 

My due date would have been July 25th, but our sweet little man decided to make his appearance at 38 weeks. We are pretty obsessed with him already. How could you not be?

Colson James

Born: Friday, July 13th at 5:04 pm 

7 lbs. 2.8 oz, 21 inches long

I will post his birth story soon, because I really don't want to forget it all. But let's just say that I was pretty much in denial that I was in labor, despite my water breaking and continuing to "break" for several hours before deciding to go to the hospital. We are so glad that he is here and are so thankful for all of our blessings. 

Only 1 day old... we're so in love already! 

He's a natural! 

Only 43 hours after he was born... we are ready to leave the hospital as a family of three {well, three humans - with lily waiting at home!}
