Tomorrow is our first Vikings game! I don't get a lot of opportunities to make "just for fun" gifts for T because he just doesn't get as excited about the little things like me! So I had to take advantage of it when I can! I packed it full of easy snacks for during the game... all the yummy food that we don't keep in the house! (The cute football cakes were $1 at walmart)
I also made a Vikings fleece tie blanket. I know they're kind of an eyesore, but they're actually really warm and our basement was freezing this spring.. so I can only imagine what it's gonna be like this winter! It will just have to stay in the blanket basket when the game is not on :)
I also added a beer mug full of nuts & a can cozy.
I threw it all into a laundry basket and gave it a little Vikings embellishment! I think it's pretty darn cute and a great way to start the football season! I will probably also be making chili thomorrow since that seems to be our main football meal! It's cold enough here that I think I can get away with it! :)
That is just too adorable! I love it! Hooray for football season! I miss it so the rest of the year! :)
